𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦
All bookings are to be made through the Book Online page at the top of this page. Bookings are to be paid in full at the end of your appointment. Card capture will be used for all bookings to reserve the booking and only charged at the end of your service or in the case of a no show.

• Lash extensions & Brow tintin

Please note: If you book a service on a day Ashley is not rostered, your appointment will either be automatically rescheduled to the next available date or cancelled. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to pamper you soon!

𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦
All cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the FULL appointment cost (this includes any deposit paid) to the card captured on file, until that amount is paid you will not be able to book another appointment.

Bookings cancelled within 24-48 hours of appointment time will have a $50 charge, or your appointment cost if it is less than $50.

Cancellations made outside the 48 hour mark of the time of the appointment commencement can be rescheduled to another time/ day but please give the most notice you can if you are unable to make your appointment.

If a deposit has been paid, you can move it twice until you need to pay a new deposit.

𝗡𝗢 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗪𝗦
You will be counted as a No Show if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your start time.

No shows will not be tolerated and you will be charged the full service fee for your appointment.

Once the first no show fee is paid, you will be allowed to make another appointment, however if another no show or cancellation is made you will be blocked and unable to rebook with me in the future.

𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗙𝗘𝗘𝗦
Please arrive to your appointment at the correct time. If are more than 15 minutes late, I will consider this a no show/cancellation. If a late arrival is inevitable, your service will be shortened to remain on schedule and you will be required to still pay the full price of the service(s).

𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
You must ensure you are cleansing your lashes daily. If you arrive at your appointment and you have remaining makeup/mites I will not be able to complete your refill and you will be charged the cancellation fee ($50).

Please ensure you arrive to your refill appointment with 50% or more of your extensions remaining on each eye, or you will need to pay for a full set. I will not "do what I can in the time" as it is not a refill appointment and will not get us to the desired result.
